My Itinerary to Seoul (Winter Sonata)

MY SIMPLE ITINERARY SEOUL 

Day 1 (17^th Feb 2016)

8.15pm – Depart from KKIA to KLIA2

1.00am – Depart KLIA2 to Incheon Airport

Day 2 (18^th Feb 2016) ( Namsan Tower)

8.30 am – Arrival at Incheon International Airport, Korea

To take the AREX trains from Incheon International Airport, follow the yellow signs down to the Airport Transportation Center on the B1 level. If you’re about to loss just ask the information counter and they’ll give explanations.  We’ve got a water bottle each of us sebab guna kupon KTO.

Free electric cart services for passengers with heavy bags.

§         Buy and top-up the T-Money card at CU. ( Selain tu, korang boleh juga beli kad & topup at GS 25, Mini Stop,7-Eleven or subway station ) We just top up guna mesin sedia ada senang saja just put the T-money card on the machine and just follow the instructions.

10.00 am – Head to Seoul station (LINE AREX) Ticket Adult 8000 (since we used the  

                   coupon we just pay w6,900.

                 -  Arrive seoul station go to line 4 (blue color) to Hoehyeon train station   

                   subway  take exit 1.

(this hotel is located in a secluded street about five minutes’ walk from the metro station number 4 line at Hoehyeon train station (Exit 1). Make sure you find the right exit otherwise the walk from the station to the hotel could be 20 minutes instead of 5 minutes. Once you see a Pomato restaurant at your right and 7-Eleven to your left on the hill, you know you have walked about 90% of it.)

3.00pm check in time for Hill House Hotel

11.30am-       Go to Lunch at nearby restaurant

  -          Head to Namsam Tower (Namsan Cable Car, Pad Lock and Teddy Bear Museum) from the hotel just walk.

-       Namsangol Hanok Village just walking around they you’ll find it.  Kena tahan kaki sebab naik bukit but the scenery really superb.

 Day 2 (19^th Feb 2016, Friday)

Seoul City Tour & Gangnam (Day Time)

8.00 am -  Walking to Gwanghwamun Station 20 minutes walk

               -   Just go to the Korea Tourism Organisation, di sana ada demo on Medical     

                  Tourism and you can get free item after snapped post on your instagram use

                   their #tag           

               -    Play with their STAR PHOTO and it was very interactive

-        Menikmati suasana di Chenggyecheon Stream.  Why I wanted to go here…I’ve read the bibliography of former President’s life Lee Myung-Bak and he initiated the stream while he was a mayor of Seoul.

              –  Seoul City Tour (27 stops) subway:  Gwanghwamun Station (line 5), Exit 6,  

                  in front of Donghwa Duty Free Shop

                  From myeongdong station to Gwanghwamun station Line 4 subway, line 1               

                 train, line 5 train 16 minutes

            -           Stop Hanggang Park

            -           Stop Hongik University

                        Trick-eye Museum

Ice Museum

Day 3 (20^th February 2016, Saturday)

NAMI ISLAND AND PETITE FRANCE (BRING PASPORT)

7.00 am – Head to Hoehyeon train station to Cheongnyangni Station then take Gapyeong Station by ITX ( It’s about 1 hour and 15 minute’s journey by subway)

9.00 am Gapyeong Station use shuttle bus to Nami Island (A w6000, C w4000)

           

9.30    -  From Jetty to Nami Island by Ferry

-       Lunch

1.30pm – From Nami Island to petite France by shuttle bus (use the same ticket- “all  

                round ticket”)

4.50pm – Petite Island to Gapyeong Station then Cheongnyangni Station to Hoehyeon

                Station

7.00pm           -           Dinner at Myeong-dong

-           Cat Café If you go in the middle of the market there is a cat mascot and ask the mascot to bring you to the café.

                        -           Shopping at Myeongdong Market

Day 4 (21^st February 2016, Sunday)

Lotte World

7.30 am – Head to Myeongdeong station and walk a few minutes to Myeong-dong  

                 Cathedral

9.00 am – English Mass

11.30am – Lotte World (Get off at Jamsil Station (Seoul Subway Line 2, 8) and Exit 4. 
Lotte World is directly connected to the station. 30 minutes from myeongdong station

Seoul Station (Line #4) → Dongdaemun History & Culture Park
(Transfer Station to Line #2) → Jamsil (Line #2, #8)

4.00 pm – Head to Lotte World

§  It’s about 1 hour 22 minutes journey by subway.

§  Bought Squid Burger at Lotteria as supper before enter Lotte World

§  Banpo Moonlight Rainbow Fountain yang terletak di Bando Bridge

Day 5 (22^nd February 2016, Monday ) Vivaldi Park snow

7.00 am – Head to Lotte Hotel, Myeongdong

(1 minute walk from EXIT 8 iof Euljiro 1-ga Subway Station on line 2)

8.00 am - Depart from Lotte Hotel Myeongdeong free Shuttle

(the bus journey will take 1 hour 45 minutes) you have to book online and bring the reference to the driver.

6.00pm – Depart Vivaldi Park at 6.00 pm use the same shuttle bus

8.00 pm – expected arrival Lotte Hotel Myeongdong

9.00 am – Head to Namdaemun Market just across the streat from Hoehyeon Station

    - Buy Korea T-shirt 3 for 10,000 Won

               -  Buy Souvenir

              -   Don’t forget to buy brooch wholesale E-Lenggdang

§                                        -    Head to Gangnam Street

9.00 pm – Going back hotel packing

Day 7 (24^th February, Wednesday)

6.00 am –Check out

7.30 am  – Head to Incheon Airport by Jumbo Taxi

Bare in mind that the immigration  process and the security checking take some times you have to be there as early as possible and you have to take train to go to your gate

11.00am  – Depart to Kuala Lumpur
